During a time of major life challenges, inclusive of a worldwide pandemic, the community was severely impacted by decreasing employment, family finances, health, relationships, and social interaction. In a time when people have lost so much, it’s ICWW’s desire to uplift their spirit with a radical act of generosity. Our help came in the form of helping those in our community by giving away household items, such as furniture, appliances, personal care items, and other gifts-in-kind via raffle and monthly Big Giveaway Days. To date, the email list grew from 0 to 880+ , over 400 families have been served, and over $a worth of goods have been given away.
